About Fractured Atlas:
Fractured Atlas is a non-profit organization that serves a national community of artists and arts organizations. About the Artists-in-Residence Program:
The High Concept Laboratories Artists-in-Residence (or AIR) Programs are four-month residencies provided to artists and projects of merit in the Chicago area. By working as a producing partner, HCL works to provide AIRs with the space, promotional opportunities, administrative and artistic support they need to make their artistic visions a reality.
