The November Phoenix is an evening of performance vignettes centered around strength, perseverance, and the healing processes of intimate partner violence survivors and their supporters. The November Phoenix will act as an echo of Domestic Violence Awareness month in October and its performances will serve as a reminder that anyone who undergoes intimate partner violence is like that of the Phoenix: boldly rising from the ashes of the aftermath and courageously soaring to new heights as an empowered, whole, and stronger individual.

The November Phoenix is presented by the Be Victorious Project and Wirehouse Co, and hosted as a special community event by High Concept Labs. Proceeds will be donated to Sarah’s Inn, a community-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of those affected by domestic violence and to break the cycle of violence for future generations.

The Be Victorious Project is an organization that works to provide resources and support to people who have experienced or are experiencing intimate partner violence and their loved ones. We work to raise awareness, help survivors embrace their strength and courage, and provide access to valuable resources within their communities.

Our online presence serves as a platform for these people to share their stories, support one another, and for others to educate themselves on the issues and facts surrounding intimate partner violence. We believe that, by increasing awareness, and creating a safe space for these conversations, we can eradicate the culture of fear and shame surrounding intimate partner violence, and work towards ending it altogether. Victorious Project’s events are an opportunity for those affected by domestic violence to network, pool resources, and build a supportive community.

Wirehouse Co. empowers artists of various disciplines-creating community by removing the divides constructed around each insular medium through unique and interdisciplinary performance opportunities, distribution of art, and stimulating audience experiences.
